    If you are unsure which service suits you best, you may share your concerns, preferences, or reference photos with us. Our team will guide you through the suitable service options, available time slots, estimated duration, and pricing before confirming your appointment.

  • Every session is appointment-based, personalised, and arranged in a private space, with proper time given so you can slow down, feel cared for, and enjoy a calm experience.

  • Yes. A RM50 booking deposit is required to secure every appointment. It will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your session.

    To keep our schedule fair for all clients, please arrive on time for your appointment.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your booking deposit will be forfeited. Depending on the remaining time, your design or session may need to be simplified, or the appointment may be cancelled.

    Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours will also result in the booking deposit being forfeited, as your appointment time has been specially reserved for you.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes earlier so you have time to settle in, use the washroom, and prepare for your session.

  • We are fully cashless and accept QR Pay, bank transfer, card payments, and selected e-wallets.

  • Yes. Sunway Geo Avenue has plenty of parking available. However, parking may be slightly harder to find during office hours.

    If you are unable to find parking at Sunway Geo Avenue, you may also park at Sunway Square Mall and walk over via the linked bridge.

  • We are fully appointment-based and do not accept walk-ins at the moment. Please message us in advance so we can understand your needs and preferences, check availability, and prepare properly for your session.

  • Yes, we accept male clients for nail appointments only.

    Our facial and body care services are women-only, as Getsumei Beauty is a women-centred beauty and wellness space.

  • Please let us know in advance if you are pregnant, recently had surgery, have any medical condition, allergy, injury, or special concern.

    This allows our team to check and advise whether the service is suitable for you before confirming your appointment.

  • Yes, our studio is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance if you need any assistance so we can prepare for your visit.

Facial

  • Yes, but please let us know your skin condition in advance. Our team will check and recommend a suitable facial based on your skin needs.

    If your skin is irritated, wounded, or not suitable for treatment, we may advise postponing your session.

Body Therapy

  • Yes, you may still come during your period if you feel comfortable. However, if you feel unwell, have strong cramps, heavy flow, or prefer to rest, we recommend rescheduling in advance.

  • Our body therapy is not meant to be forceful or painful. Pressure will be adjusted based on your body condition and comfort level, while still focusing on releasing tension and supporting flow.

  • No. Our body therapy is not a slimming treatment, medical treatment, or quick fix. It is a relaxation and wellness-focused body care session designed to support comfort, circulation, and overall body awareness.

Nails

  • No. Dawn Gel Manicure is our base gel manicure tier and does not include nail art.

    If you would like nail art, we will recommend a suitable higher tier based on your design reference.

  • No. Gel extensions are not included in the Gel Manicure price.

    Extensions are charged as an add-on service and will be quoted separately based on your needs.

  • No, we currently do not offer Gel-X extensions.

    We only offer half tip gel extension service, and could be adjusted based on your natural nails, desired length, and overall nail condition.

  • Yes, we accept one-nail repair appointments, but only for nail sets done at Getsumei Beauty.

    We do not offer one-nail repair for sets done by other salons, as the products and structure may be different. For sets done elsewhere, we recommend a full removal and new set so we can check your natural nail condition properly.

  • Gel removal is complimentary only when you return for a new manicure set in the same session, and is only valid for gel sets done at Getsumei Beauty.

    Removal-only appointments and removal from other salons will be charged separately.

  • Yes, we can remove gel nails done by another salon.

    Before removal, we will need to check your nail condition first. If the set is too fresh, too thick, or your natural nails are not suitable for removal yet, we may not recommend removing it immediately as it may cause discomfort or damage to your nails.

    Removal from other salons will be charged separately. If extra time or care is needed, we will let you know before proceeding.

  • Yes. We offer a 14-day technical warranty for gel application and a 28-day warranty for fallen accessories.

    Warranty does not cover man-made damage, such as peeling, forceful removal, or using nails as tools.

  • We are fully appointment-based and do not accept walk-ins at the moment. Please message us in advance so we can understand your needs and preferences, check availability, and prepare properly for your session.

  • Yes, we accept male clients for nail appointments only.

  • Yes, you are welcome to come together. However, as we currently have one nail technician, services will need to be scheduled one after another.

  • Yes, you can book both manicure and pedicure in one appointment.

    As we currently have one nail technician, your manicure and pedicure will be done one after another, not at the same time. Please let us know in advance so we can allocate enough time for your full session.

  • We currently specialise in gel manicure and gel pedicure services, and do not offer classic services with regular nail polish.

  • We currently do not offer express nail services, as every appointment follows our standard service flow.

    Our listed nail service prices already include the full care process: an aromatherapy hand or foot spa, proper nail preparation, structured application, and detailed finishing. There are no hidden charges for these standard steps.

    Any additional charges, such as extensions, removal, or design upgrades, will always be discussed with you clearly before your appointment.

  • Our nail services follow a complete standard service flow, and the included steps cannot be removed or exchanged for a shorter appointment or lower price.

    Your service already includes the aromatherapy hand or foot spa, nail preparation, application, and detailed finishing. These are essential parts of the Getsumei experience and are not optional add-ons.

  • We understand that some designs may look simple at first glance. However, pricing is based not only on the final look, but also on the time, technique, nail preparation, structure, and detailing needed to achieve it neatly and durably.

    We will always recommend the most suitable tier for your chosen design and share the final nett price before we begin. There will be no hidden charges.

  • To ensure enough time is allocated for every client, nail designs and tiers must be confirmed before your appointment.

    Changes to a higher tier may be accommodated only if time allows. However, changes to a lower tier on the day are strictly not allowed, as the appointment time has already been reserved based on your original booking.

    This helps us keep each session unhurried and stay on schedule for clients booked after you.
